Thakabed is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international license. • Verification: Thakabed may request identity verification documents at any time — particularly for large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Thakabed supports transactions via bKash and Nagad. Below are some important rules regarding payments.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawals are capped at ৳50,000 — VIP members are subject to separate limits.
• Processing time: Withdrawals from your real balance are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. However, processing may be delayed if identity verification is pending or any unusual activity is detected.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different number or a different method may not be possible.
• No additional fees: thakabed does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, bKash or Nagad may apply their own cash-out charges — those are governed by the respective payment provider's policies.
• Incomplete deposit: If a deposit gets stuck for any reason, contact support with your transaction ID. Having a screenshot on hand will help resolve the issue faster.

Thakabed's bonus offers are designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. That said, a bonus is not free money — there are conditions to meet before you can withdraw any winnings. Not understanding these terms upfront can lead to disappointment later.

• Wagering required: Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. A bonus is converted to real balance only after the required wagering amount has been completed. The wagering ratio is specified on each bonus page.
• Welcome Bonus — One Time Only: The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Time limit: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, any unused bonus will be forfeited.
• Maximum Win Limit: Some bonuses may have a maximum withdrawal cap. Regardless of how much you win from a bonus, you can only withdraw up to a specified amount — this limit is stated on the bonus offer page.

• At thakabed's discretion: thakabed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes may also apply to ongoing bonuses upon their expiry.

There are a few fundamental rules to keep in mind when placing bets on thakabed — primarily to ensure a fair environment for all players.

• No Changes After Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available in specific betting markets.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect or erroneous odds are displayed for any reason, thakabed reserves the right to void the affected bets. Winnings arising from such errors may not be paid out.
• If a Match Is Cancelled: In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bet settlement will follow the rules applicable to that specific betting market.
• Live Betting Delay: There may be slight delays in Live Betting due to internet connectivity. Any bet placed after an event has already concluded may be voided by Thakabed.
• RNG game results are final: Results in slots and crash games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). These results are final and cannot be changed.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on thakabed. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Transferring, selling, or otherwise giving your account to another person.
• Attempting to defraud the platform by using artificial or systematic strategies in betting.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment directed at thakabed staff.

Thakabed treats the protection of users' personal and financial data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance.

Users may close their account at any time by notifying support. It is advisable to withdraw your balance before closing, as processing it afterwards may be more complicated.

• Voluntary Closure: Users may close their account at any time by requesting closure via live chat or email. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
• Temporary Suspension (Self-Exclusion): As part of responsible gaming, you can self-suspend your account for any period from 1 week to 6 months.
